Right of withdrawal & return form

Originally packaged goods that have not yet been used and do not show any signs of use can be returned within seven days of the date of receipt and with a fully completed return form. Excluded from this regulation are special orders/custom-made products, goods cut to size (e.g. by the metre), opened softwares, books as well as already assembled articles. Incomplete, damaged or soiled items will not be taken back.
 
We reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the product cost to cover our expenses and costs.
 
Freight charges for return shipping of correctly shipped items are the responsibility of the buyer.
