Shipping & payment conditions

All prices include 8.1% VAT. Errors, price and offer changes reserved at any time.

Shipping costs per order within Switzerland: 
Packages up to   2 kg        CHF   10.50
Packages up to  10 kg       CHF   13.50
Packages up to  30 kg       CHF   22.50

Packages over 30 kg   From CHF 60.- parcels over 30 kg (especially oversized goods) are shipped by freight forwarding.
                                    Truck shipping of awnings + Fr. 95.00

Insurance:                    All devices are insured for the appropriate transport by us.
                                    Transport damage must be reported in writing immediately after delivery of the goods.


Payment:                     We deliver in principle only against prepayment or cash on delivery.
                                    For pickup orders, the items are to be paid in cash (post and Maestro card possible). 

Prepayment:               We will confirm your order by email with our bank account details. Our account is checked
                                    daily online for incoming payments and the goods are shipped immediately after payment.

Cash on delivery:        The ordered items will be delivered to you cash on delivery, i.e. the goods are to be paid
                                    directly to the letter carrier or chauffeur upon delivery.


Delivery time:              Usually you can assume the following shipping times.

                                    3 to 14 days.

                                    If an item is not in stock with us, it will be reordered from the manufacturer.
                                    The delivery time to you is then about 3 to 4 weeks. Longer delivery times are
                                    possible, if the article is also not in stock at the manufacturer or the general 
                                    is not in stock.
